Order information

• Purpose of collection: to provide products to you and fulfil our contract, to process your payment, arrange shipping, provide invoices and order confirmations, communicate with you about your order, and screen orders for potential risk or fraud.
• Source of collection: collected from you.
• Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify; with our payment providers PayPal and Shopify Payments; and with the carrier that delivers your order (DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx, SF Express or JS Express).
• Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment information. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment providers; we never receive or store your full card number.

Customer support information

• Purpose of collection: to provide customer support and to handle returns and damage claims.
• Source of collection: collected from you, when you email us or message us on the sales channels we use.
• Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify.
• Personal Information collected: your name, contact details, order number, the content of your messages to us, and any photographs you send us in support of a return or a damage claim.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address above to request its deletion.

Sharing Personal Information

We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect on you. Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud, which does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.
