What This Listing Is

This is the checkout link for natural crystal pieces purchased during our live sales on eBay and Instagram. It is not a separate product: it is how you pay for the crystal pieces you claimed while watching the live stream.

How It Works

1. During the live stream you claim the piece you want, and we confirm the item, the quantity and the total price with you on camera or by message.
2. This listing is priced at US$1.00 per unit. Set the quantity to match the agreed total — for example, an agreed total of US$45 means a quantity of 45.
3. Complete checkout as normal. Please enter your live-stream username in the order notes so we can match your order to your claim.
4. We confirm your order by email, then pack and ship the exact pieces you claimed.

What You Receive

The specific crystal piece or pieces you claimed during the live stream — the item shown on camera is the item shipped. All of our products are genuine natural crystals, never synthetic or dyed glass. Full details of each piece (material, size, weight) are confirmed with you during the stream before you pay.

• Quartz group: clear quartz, rose quartz, amethyst, smoky quartz
• Agate group: white agate, flower agate, silk agate
• Other varieties: fluorite, labradorite, lapis lazuli, prehnite

Payment

• We accept PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance, or with any major credit/debit card through PayPal guest checkout — no PayPal account required.
• All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Payment is captured in full at the moment you place your order, and an order confirmation email is sent immediately.
• Import duties or local taxes, if any, are charged by your own customs authority and are not included in the price.

Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Carriers: DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx, JS Express and SF Express. Standard delivery takes about 2 weeks; a 4–5 day express service is available on request.
